Order and Shipping Q's
- Please be patient as the tracking information we send you can take up to 24 hours to be processed by the carrier.
- Please give it some time if you JUST received your tracking number and check back again in the morning.
- Seldomly, at busy times, tracking can sometimes be delayed and also less accurate, but rest assured as the package is surely making its way over to you.
- If your package appears to be stuck in transit or pending acceptance, please sign up for updates on your package by tracking via the USPS site and selecting "Text & Email Updates".
- Begin by double-checking and using your order number and email address to check "HERE". If your order has shipped, a tracking number will be available there.
- If the order has not been shipped yet, it's going to show as pending, and it will be shipped out very soon.
- Make sure to email us immediately after you realize that you gave us the wrong shipping address so we can change it before your order ships. Please email support@Ryowholesale.com.
- If the order has not left the warehouse, then we may be able to change the address. However, if we're unable to, then it will be up to you to recover the package. We will not issue any form of reimbursement for the incorrect address provided.
- When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will attempt to contact you to ship out your order again. You will be responsible for paying a shipping fee ($4.20) in order to mail out your order again.
- In the case you do not want the order again, a refund will be issued, deducting the original shipping cost (if applicable).

Yes. All products are sent in opaque packaging for the privacy of the customer.
- We do not offer international shipping currently. This is subject to change. If you are international and are serious about a purchase, please do reach out and we will assess based on your location. Free shipping promotion when you spend $20 does not apply in this circumstance.
- Unfortunately Hawaiian Orders do not qualify for free shipping, the $4.20 surcharge will remain for Hawaiian orders.

- Based on popularity the RAW 1 1/4 pre-rolled cones take the throne. The length of RAW 1 1/4 pre-rolled cones is 83mm, which will fit about 0.75g of legal herbs.

The main difference is that RAW black papers/cones are double pressed to be thinner than the regular classic and organic papers/cones.

- Each item is thoroughly inspected upon return in an instance that a counterfeit item gets sent back to us through a return process. Please reach out to us in the unlikely occurrence that you believe this has happened. Satisfaction guaranteed!

For all products that do require a clean or maintenance, please hand wash with soap and water and leave to air dry. Products such as mugs or anything with a logo on it, washing in the dishwasher will remove the logos. For pipes or anything that has a small opening, we recommend using pipe cleaners (which are available for purchase on our website) and are used specifically to reach smaller spaces.
