Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as sale items are not eligible for return.
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact us at info@ryowholesale.com to initiate a return.
    2. Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
    3. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Refund Process:
    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable; Unlikely)
    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If it is still not posted between the projected dates, reach out directly to your bank for a deeper look into the refund. 
    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@Ryowholesale.com.
  • Partial Refunds:
      • Partial refunds may be granted for items that show signs of use or missing parts not due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We only exchange items that are defective/damaged or of equal value to the product purchased.
  • If you need to exchange an item, follow the same return process and specify the item you would like as a replacement. 
    (Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary)
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
