Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after operating hours and orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out the next business day; Monday. You will receive an email notification with your tracking information once your order is shipped. 

We thank you for your patience!   Sometimes it just takes a little longer to verify new customers or there are problems with information submitted that need to be corrected.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 days; shipping rate of $4.20.

• Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-5 business days; rates calculated at checkout.
• Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $20, within USA.
• Local Pickup: Free for local business customers! Come pick up your order in person (Monday-Friday; 10am-3pm). Address provided upon purchase.

 

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally at this time ): This could change, stay tuned.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your package’s progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@ryowholesale.com with your order details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as soon as possible!
